Michael Brady Lynch is a strategic communications and policy expert with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of federal, state, and local government. He has served in senior roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration, where he led executive communications, policy strategy, and interagency coordination for multibillion-dollar discretionary grant programs.

Michael’s career has centered on translating complex policy into actionable strategies that unlock funding and strengthen communities. He has advised Congress, federal administrators, and local leaders on transportation, safety, and infrastructure priorities, helping to secure resources and build coalitions across diverse stakeholders.

Through Capitol Corridor Consulting LLC, Michael brings this expertise to public and private sector partners, offering guidance on government affairs, federal funding opportunities, and strategic communications.

He holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Washington College, both magna cum laude.
